FOR ME, SCULPTURE IS A MEDITATIVE PRACTICE—A WAY OF RISING ABOVE THE NOISE OF EVERYDAY LIFE TO OBSERVE HUMANITY FROM A HIGHER, MORE REFLECTIVE PERSPECTIVE.

MY GOAL IS NOT ONLY TO CREATE VISUALLY STRIKING OBJECTS BUT TO INVITE VIEWERS INTO A DEEPER ENGAGEMENT WITH EXISTENCE TO SPARK THOUGHT, EMOTION, AND UNDERSTANDING ACROSS TIME AND CULTURE.

"Human Rise"

A tribute to the enduring brilliance of the human race, this work reflects how our greatest heights are not reached alone but carried upward by all who came before us. It honors the invisible lineage behind every moment of progress, the accumulated effort, knowledge, and vision passed hand to hand across generations.

Human Rise speaks to the idea that we are not isolated beings but continuations — shaped, elevated, and expanded by those whose lives made ours possible. Each step forward is built upon countless unseen ones, and every ascent contains within it the quiet strength of those who rose through adversity so that we could begin higher.

Though the path is marked by struggle, the work is not about hardship. It is about becoming, about how through time, effort, and connection we lift ourselves toward something greater. It is a reflection of collective momentum, a meditation on progress, and a celebration of what it means to rise not just as individuals but as a shared human force.

"Beyond Time"

This work speaks to the paradox of presence: how we live through time, yet a part of us stands beyond it. Faces shift and dissolve, expressions of identity fractured across experience, while the core figure remains still, watching from the margins of consciousness.

The viewer is not invited to look at the piece, but to look through it, through the eyes that once looked out. In this detachment, a subtle tension forms: a divine distance, where observation becomes the purest form of existence.

The sculpture was first conceived digitally and brought into form through 3D printing. It was then photographed in complete darkness using light painting, captured entirely in camera without post-production. In this way, light becomes the final sculptor, preserving presence in its rawest form.
